So in a earlier blog article i mentioned my sport regimen. This is for everyone that’s works fulltime as well! So because i got the question thru my blog email how do i plan it in. So here are my six tips.
Tell everyone when you go. So mine boxing training is on Friday evening. And if you know that people that want you at there birthday party or any social event. Will now you will be later than the rest. And be happy that you still came.
When you have you’re first day off. Plan the next week out. Not only when you go to the gym. But food as well. So you don’t need to eat something heavy short before the gym. Or rush to make it.
Stop the excuses.
Everyone has 24 hours a day. 8 to sleep, 8 to work, about 2 to travel and 6 hours free time. The travel time is an esteemed. Mine is about 3.5 hours to and from work. So what i do that 4.5 hours are all mine. So the ‘I don’t have the time’ or ‘I am tired’ are just nonsense.
Do it early.
If you are a person that comes home extremely tired. And when you sit on that sofa doesn’t want too come off. Go earlier out of bed and do it then. Energy level is good and you made the time. Make sure you still sleep 8 hours.
When you need a little push to go. Make sure that a friend, trainer or partner is your buddy and holds you accountable. Naturally you don’t want too disappoint that person. So 9 out of 10 times you go!
Make a goal.
For what reason you are doing this in the first place. One good point on this that you do it for you. And keep this goal in mind every time you doubt yourself or lost focus.
